We only consider irrevocable orders. In particular, we will be able to electronically accept the booking of a Service by the Customer and process the related order, only after the Customer has accepted the General Conditions and any special conditions applicable to the individual Services as well as after the communication of his number. credit card. In case of booking via the Internet, the General Conditions will be proposed to the Customer during the purchase procedure. By clicking on the button “I accept the general conditions of sale”, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these General Conditions. The acceptance of the General Conditions of sale has the value of recognition and acceptance of the set of conditions illustrated below by the Customer in the name and on behalf of the other participating subjects who will therefore be bound by these General Conditions. The acceptance of the General Conditions has the value of a definitive booking from which it will no longer be possible to withdraw, except as provided for in the following article 8. Acceptance of the offer:
In case of booking a Service via the Internet, the Customer is required to subscribe to an offer and communicate the data of his credit card, which will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and with systems safe. The customer will be offered an estimate which can be accepted by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
EGMONT VIAGGI undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that the contract accurately reports all the details of the Customer’s booking. EGMONT VIAGGI will not be responsible for missing or incorrect data. The Customer has the duty to carefully reread the contract and possibly decide not to accept it or not to send it back signed and, if necessary, to contact our customer assistance services.

Availability of offers:
All of our online offers are normally available. A few minutes after placing the order, an e-mail confirming receipt of the booking request will be automatically sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer during registration and the relative amount will be automatically charged to the credit card communicated. . The booking confirmation and the relative invoice will be sent by e-mail to the Client as soon as possible to confirm the booking. Should the supplier inform us that the offer subject to the reservation is no longer available, pursuant to art. 42, paragraph 1 of the tourism code, the Customer will have the right to take advantage of another tourist package of equivalent or higher quality without a price supplement or of a qualitatively lower tourist package, after returning the difference in the price, or he will be reimbursed, within seven working days from the time of withdrawal or cancellation, the sum of money already paid.

Payment and billing
Payment can be made by:
Paypall, Credit Card, Rechargeable prepaid card of the major international circuits indicated on the payment page at the end of the booking process. For each purchase, the Customer will be charged the full amount of the order upon sending the e-mail confirming receipt of the booking request. Finally, the Customer guarantees that he is fully enabled to use the credit card he is using for the purchase and that the latter gives access to sufficient funds to cover all the costs necessary for the balance of the reservation. The debit authorization given to EGMONT VIAGGI for the payment of the reservation is irrevocable. It is therefore not permitted for the Customer to oppose the payment except exclusively in the event of fraudulent use of the same by third parties. Outside of this limited and legally regulated circumstance, the credit card holder is guilty of fraud against the credit card issuer in the event of an objection to the payment. The right to object to payment cannot replace the exclusion of the right to reconsider. The invoice is issued and simultaneously sent electronically to the customer at the time of booking confirmation. The invoice is made out to the natural person who made the booking and the name indicated on the invoice cannot be changed after sales. No invoices are issued to legal entities / holders of VAT numbers. The amount on the invoice indicates the total amount of the package which cannot in any case be fragmented or made out to several people. The VAT regime applied is indicated in art. 4 “Prices and taxes” of these conditions.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Unless otherwise provided for in these General Conditions, the Customer cannot withdraw from bookings and purchases of Services made with EGMONT VIAGGI. The right of withdrawal provided for by art. 64-67 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, and referred to in art. 32 paragraph 2 of the Tourism Code, is expressly excluded.

Delivery of travel documents
The methods of delivery of travel documents and / or tickets are shown on the booking confirmation communication and delivery is made according to the time interval between the date of issue of the tickets and the date of departure and / or the type of service. In the event that the Customer makes a mistake in sending their data, EGMONT VIAGGI declines all responsibility for the failure or incorrect execution of the trip due to the failure to receive the travel documents.
