Naturalmente, non può mancare una visita in una fabbrica locale che produce formaggio e limoncello. Momento clou del tour sarà la degustazione di una bella bruschetta di pane fresco fatto in casa, condita con extra vergine Olio d’oliva, diversi tipi di formaggi locali, salumi e verdure abbinati a un bicchiere di vino.

Walking along the narrow lanes you will have a chance to learn about its history, the cultivation of lemons and the production of olive oil, cheese and wine. An expert guide will lead. you step by step in the knowledge of the basics of cultivation, production and tasting of our local products (included). You will learn to understand and recognize the different qualities of these excellent products, from the typical production to their properties, such as colour, aroma and flavour. Of course, you can’t miss a visit to a local factory producing cheese and limoncello. Highlight of the tour will be the tasting of a nice bruschetta topped with fresh home-made bread, extra virgin.
Olive Oil, different kinds of local cheese, salami and vegetables paired with a glass of wine. After everything you experienced during our tour it will all acquire a whole new value!

Bei einem Spaziergang durch die engen Gassen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, etwas über die Geschichte, den Zitronenanbau und die Herstellung von Olivenöl, Käse und Wein zu erfahren. Ein fachkundiger Führer führt Sie Schritt für Schritt durch die Grundlagen des Anbaus, der Herstellung und der Verkostung unserer lokalen Produkte (inklusive).
Sie lernen die unterschiedlichen Qualitäten exzellenter Produkte zu verstehen und zu erkennen, von der typischen Herstellung bis hin zu ihren Eigenschaften wie Farbe, Aroma und Geschmack.
Natürlich darf der Besuch einer lokalen Fabrik, die Käse und Limoncello herstellt, nicht fehlen. Der Höhepunkt der Tour wird die Verkostung einer schönen Bruschetta aus frischem hausgemachtem Brot sein, die mit extra nativem Olivenöl, verschiedenen lokalen Käsesorten, Salami und Gemüse, gepaart mit einem Glas Wein, zubereitet wird.
